The project involved reviewing vendor reports, carrying out TDD surveys and incorporated specialist fire engineering advice, all turned around within six weeks of survey visits.

Gillian led a pan-Europe technical and environmental due diligence survey exercise to support client’s acquisition of a 128-asset logistics portfolio spread across seven countries. The project involved reviewing vendor due diligence reports, costs analyses, plus site visits and ‘from scratch’ detailed TDD & EDD reports on a sample of assets. Delivered reports within eight weeks of survey visits plus further concurrent EDD workstreams.  Gillian coordinated experts and subconsultants from France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Poland, Ireland and the UK to support the project.
