Gillian’s experience includes leading technical and multi-discipline due diligence for transactions £1.4B+ across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. She has coordinated multi-country portfolio acquisitions; including a 128-asset pan-European logistics portfolio across seven countries, delivered in eight weeks. She has led teams surveying everything from 5-star hotels and theme parks to cold store facilities and heritage buildings.
Before founding Slipperfield, Gillian led national technical due diligence and dilapidations service lines for major consultancies, working with institutional investor, private equity and Fortune 500 corporate clients. She also spent several years with The Landmark Trust and The National Trust for Scotland managing conservation, maintenance and project works across hundreds of heritage assets.

Adam’s experience stretches to nearly 20 years across the UK and Australia. He has advised on acquisitions of assets up to $1.3bn with several in the hundreds of millions, in many instances acting as the technical survey lead, and working with in-house and sub-consultant experts. He has extensive experience undertaking property condition surveys across a variety of asset classes.
In addition to professional services, Adam’s experience includes major infrastructure contracts, lifecycle management of PFI portfolios (including £600M of PFI lifecycle funds for education portfolios across Scotland and Northern Ireland), as well as project manager and contract administrator on predominantly JCT and SBCC contracts.

Lorenzo Marcotti

Lorenzo has 20+ years’ experience maintaining, delivering, surveying and advising on building services engineering. His particular specialisms include building services condition survey assessments, technical due diligence of building services, dilapidations, compliance audits and safe systems of work in respect of building services.
Across his career, Lorenzo has worked for Interserve Defence, Carillion/Amey, FHP ESS, AECOM delivering work for public and private sector clients, including as an in-house maintenance engineer and specialist adviser.

Keith McClurey C.Eng. FIStructE MICE
Keith has 40+ years’ experience as a Project Director, Manager and Engineer on a variety of civil and structural engineering projects, both new-build and refurbishments and both public and private sector clients. Projects include technical due diligence, investigations of building problems and causes of collapse, major retail developments, adaptive reuse of buildings, refurbishment of historic buildings.
Before joining Slipperfield, Keith spent 20 years with AECOM as a Technical Director and then as a Consultant with the Asset Advisory Group and was European Practice Leader for technical due diligence; a role involving setting standards and disseminating best practice for property due diligence, office audits and similar professional services.
